Keeping your listings and prices up-to-date is an imperative in a high-volume rental market, and Kahoots helps you meet this challenge no matter the size of your inventory.

Behind the scenes, Kahoots keeps track of when your listings are updated, and will alert you whenever any listing has gone too long without attention. You can even tell Kahoots how long to wait before notifying you.

In your Preferences screen, use the “Stale listings after” dropdown to decide how frequently your listings should be updated.

The Suggestions box on your Dashboard will automatically notify you of listings that have waited too long without an update, and will even link you to them directly for quick editing.
