If you have an account with Boston.com or BostonApartments.com, Kahoots can save you hours a day by posting your ads completely automatically.

Each day, Kahoots will identify promising units - fresh listings with the pictures, descriptions, and accessories likely to draw a response - and deliver them to Boston.com and BostonApartments.com, up to your daily advertising limits at those sites.

We provide this service to you at no extra charge, but there are a few steps you’ll need to take to get started.

Boston.com

1.  You must have an existing Boston.com advertising account to take advantage of sharing from Kahoots.  If you don’t already have an account, you can contact Boston.com to create one.

2.  Contact your Boston.com sales representative, and let them know that you’re interested in setting up a feed from your Kahoots database.  Ask them to contact Kahoots at:

3.  That’s it!  Setting up a new Boston.com feed may take up to 5 business days, and we’ll contact you as soon as it’s active.

BostonApartments.com

1.  You must have an existing BostonApartments account to take advantage of sharing from Kahoots.  If you don’t already have an account, please contact BostonApartments by email or call (617) 254-5501.

2.  In order to receive your listings from Kahoots, BostonApartments.com requires that you have an XML License in addition to your basic account.  You can purchase an XML License from BostonApartments at (617) 254-5501.

3.  When contacting BostonApartments, please inquire and collect four pieces of identifying information for your account.  Because some of these fields can be long or complex, we’d recommend having them sent to you via email to avoid typos:

a.  Your BostonApartments account login
b.    Your account password
c.    Your Group ID (a number unique to your account)
d.    Your XML License Registration Code (a string of letters and numbers)

4.  Email these four pieces of information to Kahoots at info@kahoots.biz.

5.  That’s it!  Setting up a new BostonApartments feed can take up to 1 business day, and we’ll contact you as soon as it’s active.
